Born on the 28th August 1865. One of thousands of Belgian Refugee escaping from the destruction of their homeland by the German Army and in particular of Antwerp in 1914. The majority of those who came to Sale stayed at the Sale Old Hall. Buried together with Thiophile Van Hende who died in 1916. |
