- aged: 47 - occ: Window Cleaner - born: Sale.   Also - Emma Taylor - Wife
- aged: 43 - born; Sale.   Plus 3 siblings and 1 boarder.

Enlisted into the Ross-shire Buffs Duke of Albany's in November 1915 and
drafted to the front in February 1916.

Killed on the first day of the Battle of Arras 1917.  Death reported in the
11/05/1917 edition of the Altrincham Guardian.  Listed in the Guardian Year
Book - Roll of Honour for 1918.

Commemorated on the family gravestone in Sale Cemetery.   His father -
James Taylor, died on the 28th May 1928, aged: 65 years and his Mother -
Dorothy Emma Taylor, died on the 28th April 1953, aged: 88 years.
