Rifleman Sherlock died on the second day of the final German offensive in
March 1918.

Listed as Frederick A. Sherlock on St. Anne's Church Memorial, but that was
his father's name.  F.A. Sherlock on the Sale Town Memorial.

I have not been able to work out Frank's connection to Sale.
