Born on the 1st January 1876. Married Mary Jane Norvell (b.1873 London), during the March quarter 1901 in the Poplar R.D. of London - ref: 1c/725. 1939 National Registration - 426 Chester Road, Stretford. A Lodging House. Arthur Noble - Married - Born: 1st January 1876 - occ: Candle Maker. Plus five other unrelated single or widowed persons. Mary Jane may possibly have been residing at Leicester - born: 1st December 1873 ??? CWD Report No. 91. Died at 426 Stretford Road, Old Trafford, from where his body was recovered at 15.20 hrs on the 25th December 1940 and taken to the Church Street Mortuary, Stretford. His body was released for burial to the Council's Undertaker Contractor - R. Pepperdine, 31 Ayres Road, Old Trafford. Described as Elderly. Buried 27/12/1940 - Burial No. 17,854. Mary Noble, 467 Stretford Road, Old Trafford was injured and taken to the Royal Infirmary as a resullt of this incident.
