Born during the June quarter 1889 in the Altrincham R.D. - ref: 8a/174, the
7th son of Francis John & Martha Waters (nee Owen).  Baptised at St.
Martin's P.C. on the 17th September 1893 at the same time as his elder
brother - Frederick (also killed during WW1) and his sister - Hilda.

1891 Census - 100 George Street, Altrincham.     Son - aged: 2 - born:
Sale.   Head of household - Francis J. Waters - Married - aged: 35 - occ:
Sewing Machine Agent - born: Sale.     Also - Martha Waters - Wife - aged:
35 - born: Sale.    Plus 7 siblings, including his brother - Frederick.

Attended St. George's C.of E. School, Altrincham.

1901 Census - No Trace.

Employed by Messrs. Bagnall & Co, Shipley, Yorks (London Wks).

1911 Census - No Trace.

His mother and 3 siblings were residing at 8 Cedar Road, Hale in 1911.  
His father was residing at Frederick's brother and sister in law's house at
29 Broom Road, Hale.  He was assisting his son in his Laundry business.

Enlisted at Mill Hill, London in September 1916.

Death reported in the 09/04/1918 edition of the Altrincham Guardian.
