aged: 3 - born: Manchester???   Head of household - William Downs - Married
- aged: 40 - occ: Timber Yard Labourer - born: Wellington, Shropshire.  
Also Mary Downs - Wife - aged: 41 - born: Manchester.   Plus 2 elder
siblings.  All three children were listed as being born at Manchester.  
The mother was born there and the enumerator has lazily dittoed the
children the same.
