SDGW gives his middle name as 'Westen' and states that he previously served
with the Lancashire Fusiliers - No. 3063.   MIC - Only confirms that he was
awarded the BWM & VM, so did not go France until 1916.     No WO363.

The 143rd Company MGC served in the 48th (South Midland) Division.
