Plus 2 elder sisters, 1 visitor and 3 domestic servants. 1881 Census - Park Road Villas (next door to the public baths). Son (listed as Joseph SHARP Waite) - aged: 11 - Scholar - born: Halifax. Head of household - William Waite - Married - aged: 51- occ: Surgeon & Physician - born: Clayton West, Yorkshire. Ellen E. Waite - Wife - aged: 41 - born: Halifax. Hilda was granted a pension of £100 per year w.e.f. the 22nd January 1916. *5th (Weald of Kent Battalion, Buffs. He was killed in the neighbourhood of Shaikh Saad, Mesopotamia (Iraq).
