His mother died during the March quarter 1927 in the Barton on Irwell R.D.

Married Annie Eveline Haddon during the June quarter 1931 in the Barton on
Irwell R.D. - ref: 8c/1585 and they resided at 150 Firwood Avenue, Urmston,
where William was killed.
