servant.

Arthur was formerly No. 110023,  Royal Flying Corps.  On 13th November 1917
he was stationed at South Farnborough - on the 24th, he was transferred to
No.5 Officer Cadet Wing.   On the 1st December 1917, he was transferred to
No.2 Officer Cadet Wing - "Pending Disposal".  On the 10th January 1918, he
was declared unfit as a pilot, but fit for general service.   On the 29th
January 1918 he left to R.F.C. to join the 19th Reserve Battalion, London
Regiment.

His father William died 22/01/1952 aged 81 and his mother Emily died
29/09/1932 aged 56.
