Married - Annie Whitney during the September quarter 1915 in the Chorlton
R.D. - ref: 8c/2114.

MIC - Posted to France on the 20th December 1915.  Awarded the 1915 Star,
the BWM & VM.

The local newspaper states that he lived at Model Cottages, Broad Rd,
Sale.

Cenotaph lists name as H. Blease.

Commemorated on the private family gravestone in Stretford Cemetery.   M.I.
- "A cruel blow, a shock severe, to lose the one, I love so dear".

French M.I. - "At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will
remember them".

His widow - Annie Blease, later resided at 17 Crossford Street, Stretford,
she died 20/09/1946, aged: 64.
