1901 Census - Rottington, Whitehaven, Cumberland.     Servant - aged: 15 -
occ: Milkman - born: St. Bees, Cumberland.    One of five servants employed
by John Henry Carter and his family who were farmers.

1911 Census - No Trace.

Pension Records - Dependent - Mother - Elizabeth Ann Pearson.    Awarded a
weekly pension of 7/6d per week w.e.f. the 29th April 1918.

CWGC - Additional information:  Son of Isaac and Elizabeth Ann Pearson, of
Hope Cottage, Cleator Moor, Cumberland.
