Also - Teresa Ingram - Wife - aged: 28 - born: Manchester.   Plus 3 younger
siblings.

1881 Census - 10 House Row, Walsall, Staffordshire.   Son (listed as Henry
Ingram) - aged: 16 - occ: Bridle Cutter - born: Walsall.   Head of
household - Teresa Ingram - Widow - aged: 38 - born: Manchester.  Plus 7
siblings.

1891 Census - Long Street, Walsall, Staffordshire.   Head of household
(listed as Henry Ingram) - Married - aged: 27 - occ; Bridle Cutter - born:
Walsall, Staffordshire.    Also Kate Ingram - Wife - aged: 33 - born:
Birmingham.   Plus 2 children - Henry (b.1889) - Charlie (b.1891).  
Charles was the oldest listed with his new wife in 1911.

Kate Ingream died During the September quarter 1901 in the Walsall R.D. -
ref: 6b/445 - aged: 41.

R.D. - ref: 11a/1886.

1911 Census - 45 Washway Road, Sale.   Head of household (listed as Henry
Ingram) - Married - aged: 45 - occ: General Labourer - born: Wallsall,
Staffordshire.   Also - Mary Florence Ingram - Wife - aged: 34 - born:
Tenbury, Pembrokeshire.   Plus 4 Children - Charles (b.1891) - Margaret
(b.1892) - Teresa (b.1893) and Ada (b.1906).   Ada was the eldest child
named on his WO363 records.

He belonged to the St. John's Ambulance Association and was a P.C.R. of the
Tent of the Independent Order of Rechabites.

WO363 - Enlisted into the RAMC at Bangor, North Wales on the 11th September
1915.  Address given as 4 Windsor Avenue, Glebelands Road, Ashton upon
Mersey.  He was aged 51 years 4 months and employed as a Labourer.    He
had previously served for 3 years with the 2nd Bn, South Staffordshire
Volunteers.   Served at Wrexham in the 19th Coy, RAMC until the 3rd
December 1915.   Children - Ada (b.1906) - Marion (b.1911) - Cyril (b.1914)
- Marjorie (b.1916).

He volunteered for military service and became an Orderly in the RAMC.   He
died suddenly at the Military Hospital at Wrexham where he was on the
staff.   Verdict of Coroner's Jury - "Death by Misadventure" due to heart
failure caused by Cardiac Degradation.

He suffered from a week heart and was soon to be discharged from the Army. 
  Private Samuel Bennett (RAMC) told the inquest into his death that he
went into the bathroom at 8.45 pm and found him dead in the bath.

Death reported in the 02/02/1917 edition of the Altrincham Guardian.

He left a widow and seven children.     Widow awarded a weekly pension of
28/9d for herself and four children, w.e.f. the 6th August 1917.

Listed as W. Henry Ingram on St, Mary's Memorial.

His son was a Company Sergeant Major in the West Yorkshire Rgt.
