1.  Spitfire Fund 1940.
2.  War Weapons Week 1941.
3.  Warship Week 1942.
4.  Wings for Victory Week 1943.
5.  Salute the Soldier Week 1944.

Only the 1943 and 1944 Savings Weeks had Ivorine Plaques.
