General Information
After St. Peter's Church was demolished in 2000, the memorial was
adopted by the Stretford Ex-Servicemen's Club, Old Trafford until it
closed in 2015 and the memorial was abandoned.

A new home has now been found for this memorial. With the blessing
of the "Friends of Stretford Civic Hall", Trafford MBC has erected
it on the first floor landing of the Civic Hall, overlooking the main
staircase, where it now has pride of place.
