Joined the Metro-Vicker's Company as a Probationary Trade Apprentice in October 1934 and became a Trade Apprentice in October 1935. Joined the R.N. in December 1939 commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in the RNVR and later promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Accidentally killed in the U.S.A. in March 1945. |
