William McCracken - Married - aged: 45 - occ: Shoe Maker - born: Ireland. 
Also - Ann McCracken - Wife - aged: 35 - born: Runcorn.   Plus - 5 brothers
and 1 Domestic Servant - Nurse.

1881 Census - 54 Russell Street, Hulme, Manchester.    Son - aged: 15 -
Scholar - born: Hulme.   Head of household - Frederick W. McCracken - aged:
21 - occ: Warehouseman - born: Hulme.   Plus 4 siblings. and 1 Domestic
Servant.

Probably died of Enteric Fever (Typhoid), contracted at Gallipoli.

His widow Florence McCracken received his pay amounting to £15. 2. 5d plus
£3. 10. 0d War Gratuity.
