[Surname spelt with two 'L's] Son - aged: 4 - Scholar - born: Manchester. Head of household - Tyndall Ellsworth - Married - aged: 37 - occ: Merchants Buyer with East India Company. Also Avis A. Ellsworth - Wife - aged: 35 - born: Manchester. Plus 3 younger siblings, including Gerrard Herbert Elsworth who was also killed during WW1. 1901 Census - Park Road, Ashton upon Mersey. Son - aged: 14 - occ: None given born: Manchester. Head of household - Avis Aveline Elsworth - Wife - aged: 44 - born: Manchester. Plus 4 siblings, including Gerrard Herbert Elsworth who was also killed during WW1. No trace of his father. His mother - Avis Adeline Elsworth died in 1903, aged: 47 and his father in 1911, aged: 59. 1911 Census - No Trace of the family. Presumably somewhere in the Far East at that time.
