Born during the December quarter 1883 in the Barton upon I+Irwell R.D. - ref: 8c/623, the only son of Henry Louis & Annie Chevalier. Birth recorded as spelt with 2 'LLs' - Chevallier). The 1881 census for Atherton Cottage, Flash Lane, Flixton, also shows the spelling as Chevallier as well. This is probably where Victor was born? 1891 Census - Atherton Cottage, Flash Lane, Flixton.
