Born during the December quarter 1913 in the Liverpool R.D. - ref: 8b/37, the son of Thomas & Mary Catherine Boyle (nee Dolan). An electrician. He married Cecilia Cox during the June quarter 1939 in the Bucklow R.D. - ref: 8a/675. Resided at 59 Lacey Street, Stretford. Killed whilst serving on an Anti Aircraft 'Z' Bty (Rockets). Not certain if there was a raid on that night, but no civilians were killed in Greater Manchester. Buried 30/05/1944 - Burial No. 19,460. |
