Born Maud Davies on the 21st June 1902. Married Frank Brett during the March quarter 1921 in the Manchester R.D. - ref: 8d/442. *Otherwise "Brandreth". Wife of Frank Brett. Partner of William Brandreth - known as Mrs Brandreth. William was also killed in this incident. 1939 National Registration - 916 Chester Road, Stretford. William Brandreth - Married - born: 21st June 1902 - occ: Glass Cutter. Maud Brandreth - Married - born: 6th October 1902 - occ: Unpaid Domestic Duties. CWD Report No.112 recorded her as "Maud Davies (known as Mrs. Brandreth"). Died as a result of falling debris at 916 Chester Road, Stretford. Her body was recovered on the 12th March 1941 and taken to the Church Street Mortuary, Stretford where it was identified by A. Brandreth (William's brother - Albert ???). Her body was released for burial to A. Howarth, 912 Chester Road, Stretford Death registered in Stretford Borough. Buried with William Brandreth on 17/03/1941. | |||
