Born on the 18th September 1910, with his birth registered during the December quarter 1910 in the Barton upon Irwell R.D. - ref: 8c/621, the son of John William & Sarah Broadhurst (nee Lomax). Served in the 470th Bty of the Ack-Ack. Private Gravestone in St. Michael's Churchyard. His father John William was killed in action during the First World War on 22/07/1916 aged 36 years and his mother Sarah died on 13/10/1918 aged 43 years. |
