The Kingston Jacinth was an Anti-Submarine Trawler and was sunk by a mine
off Portsmouth.

Joined the Metro-Vicker's Company as a Probationary Trade Apprentice in
March 1931 and became a Trade Apprentice in December 1932.   On completion
of his apprenticship in October 1937 he was employed in the Brass Foundry
and later in the D. Machine Department.   Joined the R.N. in February 1941
and served in the Patrol Service.    KinA at Sea in January 1943.
