CWD Report No. 114.   Died as a result of falling debris at 15 Darley
Street, Stretford, from where her body was recovered on the 12th March 1941
and taken to the Church Street Mortuary, Stretford.   Her body was
identified by her eldest daughter - Mrs. Mary Gey, 27 Mosedale Road,
Rusholme, to whom it was released for burial.  Employed at Quicks, Chester
Road, Stretford.

Buried 19/03/1941 - Burial No. 142446.
