Enlisted in October 1914 and drafted to the front in April 1915.

Death reported in the 11/08/1916 edition of the Altrincham Guardian.

Pension Record - Dependent: Father - Mr. Frank Hamilton, 61 Oxford Road,
Altrincham.  No other details.

Commemorated on the private family gravestone in Hale Cemetery, which
states that he was in the 19th Bn.

His father, Frank died 11/07/1927 aged 58 years and his mother, Florence
died 09/04/1944 aged 75 years.

Listed in the Guardian Year Book - Roll of Honour for 1917.

Member of the Sale Cricket Club and listed on their 1st WW Memorial.

J. Reginald on the Altrincham Cenotaph.   Also commemorated on St. John's
