Married Elsie Annie Hampson during the December quarter 1912 in the
Chorlton R.D. - ref: 8c/1673.  Elsie was a shorthand typist born in 1892.

Commemorated on the family gravestone in Sale Cemetery - son in law to
Thomas & Letitia Hampson.  M.I. - "Thy will be done".

His Father-in-Law died 8th August 1917 and his Mother-in-Law died 16th
December 1935.

CWGC -  	Son of W. H. Chapman, of Southport and Manchester.   Not
commemorated on the Southport War Memorial.   His father died, aged: 59, a
couple of months after William.
