On the 1st February 1913, William married Eleanor Cowin at St. Matthew's
P.C. Gorse Hill, Stretford.  Eleanor was a laundress from Gorse Hill, the
marriage being registered during the March quarter 1913 in the Barton upon
Irwell R.D. - ref: 8c/1107.  They set up home at 6 wolsley Road, Sale and
he was still employed as a Clerk in a Coal Merchant's Office.  Their son
was born in 1915.

Pension Records - Widow - Eleanor Hannell. 6 Wolsley Road, off Dane Road,
Sale.    Eleanor was awarded a weekly pension of 13/9d w.e.f. the 6th May
1918.
