of Alfred & Emily Beach (nee Rhodes).   Baptised at Aston-Brook,
Warwickshire on the 8th March 1899.

His father - Alfred Beach died in 1900, aged: 30.

1901 Census - House 3, 10 Court Milton Street, Birmingham.   Son - aged: 11
- born: Birmingham.   Head of household - Emily Beach - Widow - aged: 26 -
occ: Press Worker - born: Birmingham.   Plus his younger brother and
maternal grandmother.

1911 Census - 4 Moorland Road, Birkenhead, Wirral.  Stepson - aged: 12 -
born: Birmingham.   Head of household - Francis Scoular - Married - occ:
Lithographic Printer - born: Glasgow.   Also - Emily Scoular - Wife (8
years ???) - aged: 36 - born: Birmingham.   Plus 2 brothers

MIC - Awarded the BWM & VM.

French M.I. - "He gave his life that we might live.  From his sorrowing
Mother".

His mother married Francis Scoular in 1914.

CWGC - Son of Emily Scouler (sic), 5 Finney Bank Road, Ashton upon Mersey. 
 His SDGW record states that he resided at Sale, so they were residing
there prior to him enlisting.   By 1939, his mother was residing at 11
Norman Road, Altrincham.
