Born during the June quarter 1878 in the Northwich R.D. - ref: 8a/264, the
youngest son of Thomas & Hannah Chadwick (nee Fox).

1881 Census - 45 Parkfield Terrace, Witton cum Twambrooks, Northwich,
Cheshire.   Son - aged: 3 - born: Northwich.   Head of household - Thomas
Chadwick, Married - aged: 39 - occ: Locomotive Fireman - born: Leeds,
Yorkshire.   Also - Hannah Chadwick - Wife - aged: 41 - born: Allington,
Derbyshire.   Plus 6 siblings.

1891 Census - Magdala Place, Pennys Lane, Witton cum Twambrooks, Northwich.
   Son - aged: 13 - Scholar - born: Northwich.   Head of household - Thomas
Chadwick, Married - aged: 49 - occ: Locomotive Fireman - born: Yorkshire.  
Also - Hannah Chadwick - Wife - aged: 51 - born: Derbyshire.   Plus 5

Albert was aged: 26 and resided at 10 Brook Street, Sale.  Employed as a
Railway Porter.  Edith was aged: 23 and resided at Oldfield Grove, Sale. 
In 1901, Edith was employed as a General Domestic Servant at Urban Road,
Sale.

1911 Census - 41 Waverley Road, Sale.   Head of household - Married - aged:
32 - occ: Railway Porter - born: Northwich, Cheshire.   Also - Edith
Chadwick - Wife - aged: 30 - born: Timperley.   Plus their 2 sons - Albert
(6) and Laurence Morley (4), both born at Ashton upon Mersey.

Attended Witton Church.

Employed for many years at the Central Station, Manchester.

Enlisted in August 1914.

Death reported in the 21/12/1917 edition of the Altrincham Guardian.

Drafted to Egypt on the 12th July 1915.    BWM - 15 Star & Victory.

Left a widow and 2 sons Albert Chadwick & Laurence Morley Chadwick.

Waverley Rd., Dane Rd., Sale, Manchester.  Recorded as being 43 years of
age.  He was actually aged: 39.
