the son of Charles Foster & Annie Walton (nee Walton).

34 - occ: Licensed Victualler - born: Plumbley, Cheshire.   Also - Annie

siblings & 2 domestic servants.

1901 Census - No Trace.    His family were then residing at 46 Talbot Road,
Stretford.  His father was a 44 year old Licensed Victualler.

His father died in 1913, aged: 57.
