Born during the September 1924 in the Bucklow R.D. - ref: 8a/317, the son
of William Gibson & Ada Yearsley (nee Yarwood).

Attended Mobberley School.    Employed on a local farm.

1939 National Registration - No Trace.   His parents were residng at 12
Edenfield Road, Mobberley.   William G. Yearsley - Married  born on the 3rd
November 1889 - occ: Nurseryman's Labourer.   Ada Yearsley - married - born
on the 23rd May 1895 - occ: Unpaid Domestic Duties.  William H. Yearsley -
Single - born on the 31st March 1916 - occ: Nurseryman's Labourer.  Mabel
M. Yearsley - Single - born on the 15th April 1927 - occ: At School.

Yearsley/Yarwood births between 1916 and 1931.   The three redacted records
could be any one of these four.   William H. (b.1916) - Fred (b.1919) - Ada
E. (b1921) - John S. (b.1931).  It could be that one of the three is Thomas
Ronald Yearsley.

Enlisted in April 1943 and was sent abroad in July 1943.

His brother was serving with the 8th Army.

Killed as the Highlanders were liberating the town of Venray, Netherlands.

Death reported in the 01/12/1944 edition of the Sale & Stretford Guardian.
