Born during the December Quarter 1923 in the Bucklow R.D. - ref: 8a/259,
the daughter of Alfred E Cowsill & Mary Jane Cowsill (nee Quinn).

1939 National Registration - 14 St.Vincent Street, Altricham.   Alfred E.
Cowsill - Born on the 17th March 1895	- Married - occ: Special Constable
for the Air Ministry.   Jane Cowsill - Born on the 7th April 1897 - Married
- occ: Unpaid Domestic Duties.  There are three redacted records at this
address.   These will be Alfred & Mary's three children - Mary B.1923 -
Joan B.1925 - Keven b.1927.

Joined the Auxilliary Territorial Service.  Possibly serving in an Ack-Ack
Battery, searchlight unit or a balloon unit.  There was very litle enemy
activity in the Shropshire area by 1944, so her death may have been
accidental or of natural causes.

Mary died during the March quarter 1944 in the Oswestry R.D. - ref: 6a/893
- aged: 20.
