the son of James Alfred & Constance Florence Grosvenor (nee Ross'ddly).

Wireless Operator/Air Gunner.

Listed only as Terence Grosvenor on the Trafford Park Cenotaph.

Flying with 25 OTU, they took off fromm RAF Finningly in a Wellington Mk 1C
- No. R1708 for a night flying exercise.  On their return to base at around
01.50 hrs and whilst in the airfield circuit, they were shot down by a
Luftwaffe Ju88 night-fighter, flown by Oblt Semrau, near to Misson, 9 miles
NNW of Retford close to the Yorkshire/Notts border.
