quarter 1902 in the Salford R.D. - ref: 8d/93, the son of John & Alice
Brandreth (nee Stanley).

Duties.

CWD Report No.113.   Died as a result of falling debris at his residence at
916 Chester Road, Stretford when it was bombed.  His body was taken to the
Church Street Mortuary, Stretford where it was identified by A. Brandreth
(brother - Albert ???) and released for burial to A. Howarth, 912 Chester
Road, Stretford.     Employed as a Sheet Glass Cutter. and recorded as
being 'single'.

Death registered in Stretford Borough.   Buried on 17/03/1941.

His partner - Maud Davies, known as Mrs. Brandreth, was also killed in this
incident.

Not commemorated in the Stretford WW2 Memorial Book.
