WO363 - Medical Report -  Enlisted and Medical held at Manchester on the
29th March 1915.    Aged: 19 years 1 month.  Employed as a Trolleyman on
the Tramways.   Height: 5 feet 5 inches - weight: 110 lb - Chest expanded -
34 inches with a 4 inch range.   On the 14th October 1915 he was  charged
with being absent from 09.15 hrs to 13.15 hrs.  Punishment - CB (confined
to barracks) for 5 days.   Again on the 24th November 1915 he was charged
with being absent from parade at 07.00 hrs.

Attended St. John's School.    Employed in the Tramways Department of
Manchester Corporation and commemorated on their War Memorial.

Listed in the Guardian Year Book - Roll of Honour for 1917.
