Death reported in the 30/03/1917 edition of the Altrincham Guardian.

His father John, served in the Northamptonshire Rgt for 21 years and fought
in the Zulu Wars.   He married Elizabeth Wildman Stubbs during the June
quarter 1878 in the Dover R.D. - ref: 2a/1370.

Listed in the Guardian Year Book - Roll of Honour for 1918.
